Your blocklist monitoring tool just flagged 40 lists. Before you spiral, here's the thing: most of them don't matter much. The lists below are ones you'll see in reports regularly, but they're not the ones that will tank your deliverability with Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.

Think of them as neighborhood watch groups rather than federal agencies. Still worth knowing about, but not worth losing a night of sleep over while your Spamhaus status is clean.

What to actually do when you see one of these

• Don't panic. These lists rarely cause widespread blocking at the major mailbox providers.
• Check whether there's a real infrastructure issue underneath it, like an open relay or a missing PTR record. The listing might be pointing at something worth fixing even if the list itself has low reach.
• Most of these auto-expire once the underlying issue is resolved. You usually don't need to file a delisting request.
• Save your energy for the high-impact lists. A Spamhaus or Barracuda listing is worth urgency. Most of the lists above are not.
