We see what algorithms can’t.

You paid for deliverability. They showed you delivery.

We’re not Google. We’re the ones who read your list the way Google does.

Validation tells you an address exists. That’s where most tools stop. We look at the things an algorithm can’t see on its own: engagement, history, reputation, the patterns a human notices. Every address gets a verdict you can act on, with the reasoning in plain English.

Every Trustpilot review is 5 stars. Litmus Coach Award winner. Trusted by deliverability pros.

The reasoning, in plain English

Three signals at once. This mailbox opened twice last quarter, then went quiet for 74 days. Decay, not death. The domain moved mailbox providers in April, so the old reputation does not carry over. And subscribers who joined the same way, same webinar, have started marking us spam. A validator sees none of it. Do not suppress yet. Move this cohort into a re-engagement flow, pull what they opened and how they signed up, and let their next real click decide. Silent through the flow too, then suppress.

02Same rules as every feed

Two exhibits. One algorithm.

Exhibit ASocial feed

808 of 58,098followers the feed decided to show

“You already accept this. You don’t call anyone.”

Exhibit BInbox

808 of 58,098inboxes the filter decided to fill

“Same deal. Different tolerance.”

You already know how one of these works. Now let me show you the other one.

You own your list. You don’t own the algorithm. Every feed decides visibility. You knew that about Instagram. Now you know it about Gmail and Google Workspace.

Deliverability is the SEO of email. We don’t make the rules. We give you the language and math to reverse-engineer what the algorithm sees.

Better decisions in, better numbers out.

02The expert behind the app

It’s one specialist’s judgment, turned into a tool

Yanna-Torry Aspraki has spent her career keeping businesses out of the spam folder: training deliverability specialists, advising teams, and running a free Email SOS hotline because she’d rather you didn’t get burned.

Review My Emails is the thing she does for clients, built into software you can use yourself.

Here’s how Google’s AI describes her, unprompted

“The thing that distinguishes Yanna-Torry Aspraki is her focus on strategic, human-led context rather than binary algorithms.”

03Before the send

Valid is not the same as safe

Every validation tool on the market answers the same question: does this mailbox accept SMTP? That tells you the mailbox can accept mail. It doesn’t tell you anything about how the person behind it behaves, or how the providers downstream feel about them.

A perfectly valid address can still hurt your reputation: a recycled domain, an abandoned inbox, a role address that never reads anything. Algorithms can’t tell the difference. Judgment can.

You need to know what happens after you hit send. That’s where validation ends and intelligence begins.

04Clean, then look

Three verdicts, not two

Most tools give you valid or invalid. We give you a verdict you can actually act on, and the reasoning behind it.

Keep

Safe to send to. Active inbox, clean history, no red flags. Put it in your next campaign.

Signal positive engagement in the last 90 days, resolving MX and aligned SPF, no known trap-network overlap, clean reputation across the providers we check.

Monitor

A judgment call. Two companies can get the same Monitor verdict on the same address and reach different right answers, because their list, offer, and relationship with that subscriber are different. We surface the signal. You read your context. You decide. Or ask. That is what I am here for. Send, watch the next few campaigns, then call it.

Signal engagement decay over a measured window, role-based address with a shared inbox, or freemail signup on a domain whose MX changed in the last 90 days.

Suppress

Do not send to this address. It will hurt you. We tell you exactly which mechanism is the problem.

Signal Blocklist presence, hard bounce in the last 90 days, catch-all domain, or zero engagement on a previously active address over a measured window.

 Access, not a hire

The tool fixes the 99%. She’s on tap for the 1%.

When you first learn Monopoly, you make stupid moves. You buy every property you land on. You hold cash instead of building houses. Then someone explains the actual rules, the ones the box didn’t spell out, and every move you make after that is different.

Deliverability is the same. Once you understand how the algorithm reads a list, you stop making the stupid moves and start making the obvious ones. The cleaning and the signed reports do that work for 99% of senders on their own.

The 1% is what Yanna-Torry is around for. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue reading a script. Reply to a signed report, ask the genuinely weird question, and get a signed reply from the person who wrote the rules book. The cleaning is the price. The specialist comes with it.

99% fixed by the cleaning, the labels, and the signed report. The tool.
1% the question only a human can answer. Signed reply, not Support Team™.
