What is the Scrollout blocklist?

Still have a question, spotted an error, or have a better explanation or a source we should cite?

bl.rbl.scrolloutf1.com checks IPs and domains. It comes from the makers of Scrollout F1, a free email gateway.

What the operator says

"Real-time block list, white list and reputation services" Scrollout, Reputation, read 1 Nov 2026.

What it really measures

Reputation for IPs, domains and name servers. It feeds the Scrollout gateway and others can use it. The site does not go into the rules, so tell us the IP or domain and we will look with you.

How to get off it

Use the removal form on the Reputation page. Choose what is listed, enter the exact entry, and say what you fixed or why it does not belong. It opens your email app with the message ready, so it comes from your own address.

Want a hand getting this delisted? Here is how to write to a list's operator, or ask a person on our free SOS Hotline. Tell us the list and the IP or domain, and we reply within 48 to 72 hours.

A separate job: cleaning your list does not remove a listing. If you also want to know who on your list is safe to send to, clean your first 1,000 free.
